Plain-English summary

Sonusify is a free beta. Use it only for content you are authorized to access and process. Do not use it to violate copyright, bypass access controls, or abuse the hosted audio service. No warranty.

Operator

Sonusify is operated by Utsav Upendra as an early-stage software product. For support, contact support@sonusify.com.

Beta access

Sonusify is currently offered as a free beta with fair-use limits. Paid plans will be introduced later and will be announced before payments are enabled.

The actual terms

By using Sonusify you agree to the following:

1. You will not use the service to violate any law or third-party rights, including copyright, website terms, paywall restrictions, or privacy rights.
2. You are responsible for making sure you are authorized to access and process any webpage, selected text, image, or document text you send through Sonusify and third-party AI providers.
3. You may not use Sonusify to create, sell, redistribute, or store unauthorized copies or audio versions of third-party content.
4. Usage above the beta fair-use limits may be denied. The service may rate-limit, block, or terminate accounts that exceed reasonable usage or create operational, legal, or abuse risk at the operator's sole discretion.
5. The service is provided "as is" with no warranty.
6. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the free beta.
7. These terms may change. Material changes will be announced in the changelog.
