Support for the Sonusify Chrome extension beta.

Contact support

Email support@sonusify.com with the Google account you used to sign in, what you were trying to listen to, and the page where the issue happened. Please do not send passwords, private keys, or other sensitive credentials.

Install and sign in

  1. Install Sonusify from the Chrome Web Store once your account has access.
  2. Pin the extension from Chrome's extensions menu if you want quicker access.
  3. Open the extension popup and sign in with Google.
  4. If sign-in fails, sign out and try again. If it still fails, email support@sonusify.com with the error text shown in the popup.

Use selected text

  1. Select text on a webpage.
  2. Right-click and choose Sonusify from the context menu.
  3. Playback starts in the current Chrome session.

If playback does not start, check that the selected text is not empty and that you are signed in.

Use page narration

Page narration extracts the readable article text from the page you choose and sends it to Sonusify so audio chunks can be generated. Some pages may not work if the article is behind a login, rendered in an unusual format, or blocks browser extraction.

Privacy and account data

Sonusify uses your Google account for sign-in and sends user-requested text to third-party AI providers to generate speech. See the Privacy Policy for details.

To request an export or deletion, email support@sonusify.com from the Google account you use with Sonusify.

Do I need to pay?

No. Sonusify is free during beta with fair-use limits. Paid plans will be introduced later and announced before payments are enabled.
